SquishOz Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period: Entries open at 12:00pm AEDT on 16 October 2026 and close at 12:00pm AEDT on 6 November 2026.

1. Promoter and promotion

The promoter is Scout Supply Pty Ltd, trading as SquishOz (the Promoter). This promotion is the SquishOz Giveaway. The Promotion Period begins at 12:00pm AEDT on 16 October 2026 and ends at 12:00pm AEDT on 6 November 2026.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have a valid SquishOz order and submit the email address used for that order. Entrants must provide accurate information. Employees, officers, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter may be excluded at the Promoter's reasonable discretion.

3. How to enter

During the Promotion Period, submit the online entry form, a valid SquishOz order number, the matching checkout email, a caption of 25 words or fewer, and at least one original photo or video. You may submit unlimited eligible entries. Each entry must be genuine and materially different; the Promoter may reject duplicate, automated, fraudulent, offensive or non-compliant entries.

You may upload up to 10 files per entry. Each file must be an accepted image or video format and no more than 500 MB. You are responsible for your own internet and data costs.

4. Entry content and third-party permissions

By entering, you confirm that you created or have permission to submit the content, that it is lawful and does not infringe another person's rights, and that every identifiable person in it has agreed to appear. You must obtain parent or guardian permission for anyone under 18 who appears in your content.

5. Content licence for advertising

By submitting an entry, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, adapt, edit, crop, resize and communicate your submitted photos, videos, captions and permitted social handle in any media, including SquishOz websites, social channels, email, organic content, paid advertising, retail and promotional materials.

The Promoter may use this content without further notice, approval or payment. Where reasonably practical, the Promoter may credit your first name or social handle, but credit is not guaranteed. The Promoter will not knowingly use the content in a misleading or derogatory way.

6. Judging and prize

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Eligible entries will be judged by the Promoter on creativity, originality, relevance to SquishOz and the quality of the caption and submitted content. The winning entrant will receive A$1,000. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for another prize except where required by law.

The winner will be contacted using the email provided with the entry and announced on 7 November 2026. The winner is expected to respond within the reasonable timeframe stated in the notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or does not comply with these terms, the Promoter may select another eligible entry.

7. Privacy

SquishOz collects your name, email address, phone number (if supplied), state, order information, caption, social handle, uploaded content and consent records to verify eligibility, administer this giveaway, contact the winner, protect against misuse and use the content as described above. Uploaded media is stored in a restricted SquishOz Google Drive folder. Entry and profile information may be sent to Klaviyo for the giveaway confirmation and related operational communications.

Information may be handled by service providers located outside Australia, including Google and Klaviyo. SquishOz takes reasonable steps to protect it but cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet. You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or ask a privacy question, by emailing hello@squishoz.com.

8. General

The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, submits false information or breaches these terms. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, corrupted or unavailable entries, technical failures or unauthorised access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and any applicable state or territory laws.
