SquishOz Giveaway — Privacy Collection Notice

When you submit a SquishOz giveaway entry, SquishOz collects your name, checkout email, order number, state, optional phone number, caption, optional social handle, uploaded photos or videos and records of the consents you provide.

Why we collect it

We use this information to verify your order and eligibility, receive and assess your entry, administer the giveaway, contact you about your entry or prize, prevent misuse and exercise the content rights you grant in the entry terms.

Where it is stored and shared

Your media is stored in a restricted Google Drive folder controlled by SquishOz. Entry information is recorded in SquishOz systems and passed to Klaviyo to trigger operational giveaway communications. Google and Klaviyo may process information outside Australia.

Your choices

Providing the requested information is necessary to enter. You can request access to or correction of personal information held about you, or make a privacy enquiry, by emailing hello@squishoz.com. If you withdraw permission for SquishOz to use content that has not already been published, contact us and we will consider your request in accordance with applicable law and our contractual and legal obligations.
